Abstract : Al-Darb city has moderate climate through both season of Spring & Winter which make it a tourism destination more than another places nearby. The climate، location and roads network shared in tourism activity extension that leads to appearance of tourism accommodation centers in the region. This matter shares in contributes to create & development of new districts at Al-Darb city. This study discusses the tourism activity role as effective factor in development of Al-Kadrah district in Al-Darb city through the provided ingredients as land with low cost، planning of the district and location. This research aims to recognize the impact of tourism accommodation centers in the map of using lands at Al-Kandrah district and the using growth rate through the period from 2005 to 2017، recognizing tourism accommodation centers patterns in the district، and show the impact of each pattern on the map of using lands in the district. The study has some results then concluded with recommendations which could be used for planning the tourism development in the present or future.
