Abstract : This study aimed to search the impact of organizational culture such as: its concept, resource, means, and styles of using on workers creativity. Also, its stages, characteristics, objectives, systems and patterns. Search and study this culture dimensions and its positive impact which reflect on social, economic, security aspects, and on public good for any organization. Also, search and study creativity size for workers inside the organization. Also, search and study the ways of activating the organizational culture in workers creativity. For collecting the necessary data (600) questionnaires have been distributed on workers sample in Education Administration Branch – Jeddah Governorate – (423) questionnaires have been obtained with response rate that reached 70.5%, it considers such a good rate in this kind of studies. (177) of questionnaire have been eliminated either because they haven’t received or received non-transmitting to statistical analysis. Through analyzing the study data statistically, it is showed that leadership style is one of the most affected variables on the level of administrative creativity. Whether from the positive or negative aspect. It is showed that systems and regulations have a positive impact on creativity of workers from positive and negative aspect, also training and incentives. According to study results, the researcher presented some recommendations, which he hopes that they contribute in organizational cultural affiliation in the different organizations. The most apparent recommendations were, the importance of providing the suitable climate for creativity thoughts appearing, and formatting the appropriate conditions for creativity. And increasing the interesting in systems and procedures of the work, and the need to understand and study the common organizations culture in different Saudi organizations generally, and in Education Administration specially, with fast and continues development in the Saudi environment, and its matching with it, placing solutions and suggestions to moderate or change this culture.
