Abstract : The field study aimed to identify the impact of the organizational climate on the organizational socialization of employees at the Board of Grievances in the Makkah region. Also, to identify and measure the concepts of organizational climate plus the organizational socialization. Therefore, the theoretical framework was allocated to identify the concept of the two terms. The researcher relied on the descriptive–analytical approach. In the field, the electronic questionnaire was distributed as a tool for collecting primary data from a sample drawn up by a comprehensive inventory of all members belonging to the study community, consisting of all employees of the Courts of the Board of Grievances in the Makkah region except for judges, whose number reached (433) individuals, and (314) over all responses were obtained. The data was analyzed using a number of descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The study concluded with results, the most important of which are the following: the existence of an average level of the organizational climate and that one of its most important prevalent dimensions is the communication style and the organizational structure, While the dimensions: support, development and incentives came in low degrees. The results revealed an average level of organizational Socialization and that one of its most important dimensions was to support co-workers, followed by understanding employees, while future expectations received a low degree. The results showed an effect of the six dimensions of organizational climate together on organizational socialization, which explains (79%) the variation that occurs in organizational socialization. The results also showed that the dimensions: organizational structure, incentives and leadership style, do not individually and significantly affect the organizational socialization in the Board of Grievances. While the results revealed the existence of an impact and negative correlation between participation in decision-making and organizational socialization. The study recommended the need to strengthen all dimensions of the organizational climate, especially the dimension of support, development and incentives, and the need to move towards decentralization and attention to all aspects of training, and granting promotions based on clear and declared criteria.
