Abstract : The current research provides an investigation of a traditional book titled Fath the Mubaddi bi Sharh Mukhtaŝar Al-Zubaidi to reveal its value and significance. It simplifies the Prophet -peas be upon Him- Says to the readers. The research is divided into two sections: the first section is the theoretical study which concentrates upon the overview of the book، its explanation and writer. This section is further subdivided into two subdivisions: The first subdivision presents Alimam Al-Zubaidi’s biography by shedding light on his personal information and his life from birth to death including his educational and scientific life، his scholars and students، his doctrine as well as his books and writings and the value of all summarised Hadith books and the number of summarised books of Sahih Bukhari. Besides، it reports Alimam Al-Zubaidi’s approach in his book ttitled Al-Tajreed Al- Ŝareeh and all scientific efforts related to it. The second subdivision defines the scholar Al-Sharqawi’s biography by presenting his personal information and his life from birth to death including his educational and scientific life، his scholars and students، his doctrine as well as his books and writings. Moreover، it states the references which Al-Sharqawi used in his explanation and writing approach as well as the manuscripts which he relied on. The final section investigates the book titled Fath the Mubaddi from the beginning of the calling to prayer chapter till the forgetfulness chapter followed by a conclusion which reveals the results and the recommendations.
