Title of thesis : " Equity at Malkite literature Applied study.
Name of Researcher: Yousif Khader Ali Al-Talhi.
Degree: PhD
Problem of research: The collection of doctrinal branches in which it was said about approval and knowledge of the extent of its application to the guide of approval and summarized it in research and study.
Research objectives: Studying the approval guide, studying a fundamentalist study, requiring extracting approval issues from the books of the Maliki school, and knowing the way the owners know the way the owners of the doctrine in pushing contention between the total evidence.
The importance of research: The idea of this research helps push forward the renewal of jurisprudence and fatwa, and it is of great importance in our renewed and accelerating times. This research brings many approval issues in one place, making it easier for the researcher and mufti to access the scientific topic easily.
Research methodology: Studying the guide of desirability, fundamentally and paving, is limited to the most important aspects of this guide.
Study of issues Study of comparison The approval of the four schools of thought is a candidate for saying the right thing after studying the issue.
Research structure and research divisions : the plan includes some introduction and contains the reason for choosing the topic, then the research method and its divisions.
The first chapter: contains two chapters, the first chapter is a preamble in explaining the definitions of approval of the four schools of thought, and there are three topics, the first topic is a preliminary in the definitions, the second topic is the approval and the position of the imams in invoking it and the third topic is the types of approval, the second chapter is the approval of Imam Malik. |
