The second phase of the practical study is the use of the experimental method and its tools, selected by the researcher in this study (the method of Delphi) as an applied approach to explore expert views on building knowledge gates that serve and support communities of practice, then Moscow's (priority-setting) approach to these requirements, and then the design of a model for the Knowledge Portal to support the practice communities of future leaders at the University of Jazan as an educational environmentthat can be applied in this model that has been tried and launched to ensure its effectiveness by conducting a pilot survey of the same experts from the sample of the study who identified the requirements and priorities. The most important results of this study were the success of applying this Arab model of knowledge gates to its effective contribution in facilitating communication between the members of the society, supporting the exchange of ideas, sharing of knowledge, and the expected feasibility levels achieved by the tests.
