Abstract : Abstract This study dealt with the supervision of the administrative judiciary on the disciplinary sanctions signed by the public sector employee in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia subject to the Civil Service Law issued in 1397H and its amendments، and the Staff Discipline law issued in 1391H. This control is concerned with the legality of the disciplinary decision issued From the disciplinary authorities authorized to sign the penalty، and may be the control of legitimacy in the disciplinary decision in terms of formality such as control the legitimacy of the competence of the disciplinary authority and the control of the legitimacy of the form of disciplinary decision; the control included the legitimacy of the disciplinary decision from the sidelines The objective is to control the legitimacy of the objective of the disciplinary decision، as well as the supervision of the legality of the disciplinary offense; within the framework of the Saudi law and the Board of Grievances، laws and the comparative judiciary.
