This is a comparison study of Fiqh for perfection and good enogh in all worshop sections, especially sections of Zakaht, Fasting, and I'tikaaf.
This study consist of a forewoed,a preapprehension,
there chapters, conclusion, and an index
Chapter(i) Perfection and Good enough in the section of Zakaht; it consists of four researches: research (i) Perfection and Good enough in the section of Zakaht of the cattle, research (ii) Perfection and Good enough in the section of Zakaht of the plant, research (iii) Perfection and Good enough in the section of Zakaht of Al Fi'ater, research (iv) Perfection and Good enough in the section of the eligible for the Zakaht and related. Chapter(ii) Perfection and Good enough in the section of Fasting; it consists of five researches; research (i) Perfection and Good enough in the witness of Crescent of the moon For Ramadan month, research (ii) Perfection and Good enough in the animus of Fasting, research (iii) Perfection and Good enough in the time of washing of from the Jannaba at the night of fasting, research (iv) Perfection and Good enough in the section of recompense fasting in Ramadan, research (v) Perfection and Good enough in the section voluntarily fasting. Chapter (iii) Perfection and Good enough in the section of I'tekaf; it consist of four researches: research (i) Perfection and Good enough in I'tekaf time, research (ii) Perfection and Good enough in the description of the mosque for I'tekaf, research (iii) Perfection and Good enough in fasting as a requirement in I'tekaf, research (iv) Perfection and Good enough in the worship at the I'tekaf.
The followed Method: as of the standards
mentioned in the preliminary section, they were based upon in Perfection and Good enough. The most important cases in the Fiqh have been studies in comparison with the four famous doctrine, and the accredited books.
The conclusion: (i)the perfection in the worship is
The full guidance of the prophet Mohamed peace be upon him, and (ii)the good enough in the worship is the fulfillment of the obligation, or meet the minimum guidance of the prophet. To state the simplify of Sharea, and to state which is obligate and not. Prevent the onerousness in the worship.
At the end of the study a recommendation for the
Minster of Education to set and teach portions of the Perfection and Good enough, because it facilitates the awareness of the border of worship in the Sharea. |
