Abstract : This study aimed at identifying the approach used by Hamad Aljaserin the historical writings as he discussed some of the historical works even with direct research or through his different writings and articles which most of it was published at Alarab magazine. The researcher explored this approach through the historical writings of Hamad Aljaserand identifying his writings and investigations in this field as he found that it based on scientific approach in the historical studies and to opinions and thoughts of Aljaseras per the accurate opinions and dates. However, the researcher confirmed that the participations of Hamad Aljaserin history can be considered as a various historical researches in cities and groups. Moreover, his studying to geography, history and monuments lead to study its history and the history of its people in different historical decades as this played a vital role in developing his attention to history and his study to a number of heritage books and journeys in addition to books that has introductions that can considered as original historical researches. In addition, Aljasermanaged to cover most of the non-historical writings with historical characteristics especially history of place and human such as determining places and genealogy. We can also notice that among the features of Aljaser`s approach in historical studies is using poetry as an important source and performing deep search in sources and viewing the modern studies in the subject in addition to seeking the truth without being affected with any other desire in addition to using an approach that doesn’t depend on saying events only but focuses on its reasons and results. However, he used to perform a field study and visits to the historical sits mentioned in the history to investigate its accuracy with the information mentioned in the resources
