Abstract : This study aims to determine teaching competencies possessed by the teachers of Public kindergartens in the According of Bisha. The study population consists of all kindergarten teachers at the Public schools in Bisha According (304) teachers, and the sample of the study consists of (236) female teachers. The study has employed two tools: Questionnaire (Teaching competencies of the Public kindergartens teachers in Bisha According), which included (36) statements describing the practices of teaching competencies (planning, execution and evaluation). In addition to a quasi-rated interview conducted with (40) teachers, included (9 questions classified into three competencies (panning, execution and evaluation). The study has applied the descriptive analytical methodology. The results showed that the degree of possession of the teachers of the Public kindergartens in Bisha According of teaching competencies (planning, execution, evaluation) in general is high. The general average is (3.71), and the possession of the teachers of the Public kindergartens in Bisha According of the planning and evaluation competencies were in high level, as the overall mean of the planning is competency (3.79) and (3.68) for evaluation. Regarding the possession of the teachers of the Public kindergartens in Bisha According of the execution competency has medium level as the overall arithmetical mean is (3.64).The results of this study showed significant statistical differences at the level of (α<0.05) in the possession of the teachers of the Public kindergarten in Bisha According the planning competency due to the variable of the academic qualification in favor of those who have achieved higher education by average of (3.88), and there were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α<0.05) in possession of the teachers of the kindergarten in Bisha According of the execution, and evaluation competencies due to the variable of specialization, and there is significant statistical differences at the level of (α<0.05) in the possession of the teachers of the Public kindergarten in Bisha According the planning competency due to the variable of years of experiences from (5-10) years, and there were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α<0.05) in the possession of the teachers of the Public kindergarten in Bisha According the execution, and evaluation competencies due to the variable of years of experiences. On the light of these findings the study recommends to those who in charge of teachers preparation programs to increase the hours of the field training to (12) hours, also the study recommends that the ministry of education to activate the system of obtaining the educational license renewable every (5) years. Finally, the study recommends for the kindergarten teachers to adopt a positive attitude towards professional growth and self-development.
