Asummary(Abstract)
This study is introduced to the King Abdul Aziz University, Arts and Humanities Faculty, Islamic culture department, Fiqh specialty, for obtaining PHD degree, with title “ the differences which Al-imam Alkasany mentioned in Purification chapter, in his book”Bdaa Al Sanaa”(collecting and studying).
I have collected some similar issues in the different image of the judgment, whichAl-imam Alkasany referred to differentiating between them, studying them, and deducting the difference between the issues according to those who differentiated between them. The study includes an introduction, ten chapters, and a conclusionas the following:
The introduction: The causes of choosing the subject are mentioned in it, in addition to the importance of the book, summarized biography for Al-imam Alkasany, ex-studies, the objectives of the study, the curricula of the research, specifying the subject of the research, and the research plan.
The chapters are:
the first chapter; introductory chapter:
A summarized biography for Al-imam Alkasany is mentioned in it, beside a study of the doctrinal differences and the curricula of Al-imam Alkasany.
Thesecondchapter:The doctrinal differences for clarifying the purification types.
Thethirdchapter: The doctrinal differences in wiping the footwear and its amount.
Thefourthchapter: The doctrinal differencesin ablution conditions, its sunan and manners.
Thefifthchapter:The doctrinal differences in clarifying what invalidates the ablution.
Thesixthchapter:The doctrinal differences in the provisions ofwashing ,menstruationandnatal bleeding.
Theseventhchapter: The doctrinal differences in tayammum.
Theeighthchapter: The doctrinal differences in clarifying the real purification.
Theninthchapter: The doctrinal differences in clarifying the required amount for a place to be unpurified.
Thetenthchapter: The doctrinal differences in what the purification happens through and its conditions.
Conclusion: In it, the most important results and recommendations which I concluded in this research, the qur'anic verses index, the prophet’s speeches, subjects and references index are included.
At last, I ask Allah to bestow the good use of this humble effort, and accept it that he is the one who can do so, and may Allah bless the prophet Muhammad and grant him peace . |
