Abstract : ( Crime of authority misusing ) Abstract The study investigates the abuse of authority in the Saudi systems. The importance of this study is the seriousness of the damages caused by the lack of clarity of the vision of the abuse of authority. The abuse has a wide concept and multiple meanings that can lead to serious results. This study aims at the identification of figures of abuse of authority, and the standing of their conditions, as well as to identify types of the crimes of abuse of intentional and non-intentional authority acts of abuse or injustice, moral and religious corruption and career prohibited by law, order and ethics or related to the exploitation of influence, and the penalties based on those offenses. In the light of the presentation of the subject of the study, its objectives and the nature of the study, it used the comparative descriptive analytical method, the use of the descriptive approach which is based on the review of the substantive rules criminalizing abuse of authority in the Saudi regulations, penalties for them, analytical methodology was also used, which helps also, a comparative study was carried out with some Arab countries in order to benefit from their legislation in clarifying the ambiguity of some texts of study, what it should be to understand the abuse of authority in Saudi Arabia systems.In order to answer the raised questions of the study and to achieve its basic objectives, and in consistent with the scientific methodology followed, we divided the study into three chapters. The first chapter dealt with the abuse of power. In the second chapter we discussed the provisions of the crime of abuse of authority. In the third chapter we discussed the criminal restriction arising from the abuse of authority. The study concluded with a number of conclusions and recommendations. The most prominent of which is the explicit mention in the text of the draft articles of the new
