Abstract : The knowledge of the fundamentalist rules pertaining to the Arabic language is considered among the most important aspects upon which the understanding of the religious texts, from the Quran or Sunnah, is based. The fundamentalist scholars cared about this subject from which a number of religious rulings is derived, and the scholars made use of them in their books among them is Imam Al-Kaddori, may Allah bless his soul, in his book ‘Al-Tajreed’. He made use of some fundamentalist rules and upon which he based a ruling for some jurisprudential branches. The Researcher has taken care of introducing the rules pertaining to the commands and interdictions, the general and the private, the absolute and the restricted, in addition to deducing and linking them with their jurisprudential branches, which contributes to linking the science of Jurisprudence with the Fundamentals of Jurisprudence. In this study, the researcher follows the firmly established method in studying the fundamentalist rule and stating the schools of the fundamentalists as regards this rule; then she studies the jurisprudential applications in a jurisprudential way, making a balance between the four schools. This study contains an Introduction, which includes the research’s title, its significance and classification. It also includes a Preface, in which there is an introduction of the age of Imam AlKaddori, may Allah bless his soul, and five chapters. In Chapter One: there is an introduction to the most important topics related to Imam Kaddori, and to the science of the fundamentalist rules. As for the four chapters, they comprise the fundamentalist rules pertaining to the command and interdictions, the general and the private, and the absolute and the restricted, and their jurisprudential applications. The researcher reaches a Conclusion that the science of the fundamentalist rules is one of abundant benefits , which draws the attention of jurisprudents and fundamentalists who wrote about its topics in their books, whether the fundamentalist topics or the jurisprudential ones. The researcher concluded that the science of fundamentalist rules is a useful science that has attracted the attention of jurists and fundamentalists. They have written in his discussions, including Imam Al-Kaddori. He mentioned a number of rules related to the field of research and after extrapolating a number of issues in the chapter of worship, the researcher disscussed eight fundamentalist rules and its fifteen issues. In which the Imam Al-Kaddori doctrine of the Hanafis in their origins and preferred their doctrine did not contradict his view of the general doctrine of the Hanafi only in the rule of absolute command immediately or laxity.
