Abstract : In this paper, I studied occupational accidents and injuries which are considered the most important issues facing the countries of the world and require intervention by those concerned to find comprehensive solutions to them, as indicated by the reports of the work organizations and studies, which will be reviewed through the literary survey. Occupational injury and injury prevention programs are a proactive process to help employers identify workplace hazards and avoid them before harming workers. The mechanism of implementation of the study is the statistical analysis of occupational injuries that occurred during the period of Ten years (1425-1435) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based on data recorded by the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) to identify the causes and types and frequency of occurrence and costs of medical care and work days lost using several Statistical methods including time series to read the future values of occupational injuries (by occupations, by economic activity). Comparisons were also made between the categories of the number of participants to study the difference between the regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia values (number of subscribers - Occupational Injury - Medical Care Costs - Countervailing Amounts - Number of Benefit Cases - Daily Allowances - Number of Working Hours - IR Rate - Lost Time Rate (LTC) - Lost Work Days Rate (LWD(. The second part of the study is the establishment of an inter-agency program for the worst factories in Jeddah Industrial Area in terms of the recurrence of occupational accidents based on the statistics of the Social Insurance Institution. And proposed solutions to reduce them, and then come up with recommendations that support this study.
