Abstract : This research aims at the development of folk games in Saudi Arabia and its reformulating with contemporary shape. The researcher has followed experimental analytic description method. The study has tackled the applicable designing of folk games created through from adjusting group. Guilford theory of random thinking and its constructions through golden sector rectangle and applicable to drawing program by computer. The researcher has laid down group of proposals; they are: 1. The possibility to enumerate and describe the Saudi folk games. 2. Modernization of games created by an organized scientific method through golden sector and the thinking theory of ( Guilford ). 3.Using drawing technological programs in computer may effectively contribute in modernization of contemporary games designs which will develop Saudi Arabian folk games. The most important results reached by the researcher are: 1. The number of games in Saudi Arabia is (288) games. 2.Some cities agreed upon names of games but sometimes , the same game with different name and sometimes bearing the same name but the way it is played is different. The most study recommendations are: 1. The state should reformulate the design and executing the game in contemporary form because of its educational, psychological and social role on the child. 2.the Adoption of these games in education curriculum and kids Care homes as an alternative to the imported ones.
