Abstract : This present study is concerned with the effect of different photoperiods on the fertility of male mice Mf1 (Mus musculus). The animals were obtained from King Fahd Medical Researches center, King Abdul Aziz University. They were divided into five groups and exposed to different photoperiods, continuous dark (C.D.), 8 light hours (8L), 16 light hours (16L), continuous light (C.L.) and control group exposed to balanced photoperiod (12 light hours, 12 dark hours). The duration of this study has been last for six months. Spermatogenesis as well as weight and volume of testis and body weight were studied. In order to evaluate the sperms parameters, the electroejaculation probe was used to obtained fresh sperms. In addition, the structure of Seminiferous tubules, their diameter measurements, the number of spermatocytes, Leydigs cells, levels of male hormones were investigated. Movement and aggressive behavior has also been measured.
